WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE? CAN I ARRANGE FOR SELF COLLECTION INSTEAD?

At The Floral Language, we bring hand-arranged bouquet straight to your door - just in time for the weekend. 

🌸 Weekend Delivery Only: We are here to make your Saturdays and Sundays extra special. If you would like to arrange for weekdays delivery, we will try our very best and confirm with you via email.

Delivery fees are chargeable at a flat fee of $25 per location. 

Delivery Time Slot 1: 9am - 3pm

Delivery Time Slot 2: 3pm - 9pm â€‹

Alternatively, you can opt for pickup at Mattar Mrt Exit B / Bedok Bedok MRT Exit B at 8pm with no additional charges. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY FAILS?

Our couriers would wait a maximum of 10minutes in the event that the recipient is uncontactable. Thereafter, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost of $45.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME/ DELIVERY ADDRESS/ PERSONAL MESSAGE OF FLOWERS I ORDERED?

Yes, you can. For any changes, please email theflorallanguage@gmail.com. As for orders that are already prepared and/or in transit, we are unable to make any alterations.

WILL THE BOUQUET LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

As much as possible, we would replicate the look and feel of the bouquet. As all flowers are seasonal, we shall replace with others of the same value should the flowers/fillers/foliage is unavailable. We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original. If the flowers are not fresh, we will reach out to you to work out alternatives that suits your needs.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Step 2: Select the flowers of your choice - Fresh Bouquet Or Money Bouquet

Step 3: Indicate the product code by referencing https://theflorallanguage.wixsite.com/website

Step 4: Select the Delivery Address/Method & Dates

Step 5: Indicate The Personalised Message - this goes as a note, attached with the bouquet.

Step 6: Submit your order!

Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email from theflorallanguage@gmail.com with payment details. Do ensure timely payment as we will only work on the bouquet once payment is received. We need at least 4 working days to work on the bouquet to ensure quality.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can proceed to cancel your order anytime before payment is made. We will only proceed with the work once payment is received. If it fulfils the requirements, we will process the refund accordingly.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Paylah/PayNow at +65 90117893. Do send us a screenshot of payment once its been made. We will only start work upon receiving payment. We need at least 4 working days to work on the bouquet to ensure quality.
